As Vice President of Sales, he works with brands to help them put the customer back at the centre of their business, by adopting modern and open approaches that allow them to break free from legacy CRM infrastructure and traditional, one-dimensional business processes. He has also been instrumental to Zendesk’s burgeoning growth in the region, consistently outpacing the brand’s global growth rate of around 40%, led by strong momentum in attracting customers such as Samsung, Coupang, Grab, Honestbee, LINE Mobile, Singapore Life, Circles.Life, StashAway, Agoda, OLA, ITC Foods, and JapanTaxi to name just a few. Under his leadership, Asia Pacific is one of Zendesk’s fastest and most consistently growing regions which outpaces the brand’s global growth rate, and has a burgeoning team of over 600 people in Southeast Asia, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, . Before joining Zendesk, Sandie held a number of senior roles with global technology companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft in Singapore, Thailand, South Africa and the UK. Sandie has lived in Singapore since 2009 with his wife, Lucy, and their three children. Creative Sandie has two great passions: enjoying good wine, and talking about customer experience. In fact, it was his passion for wine that led him to discover Zendesk when he was searching for a simple and easy-to-use customer support solution for his side hustle importing wine. Having worked in the technology industry, and specifically enterprise software sales and marketing for over two decades, he knew he had stumbled onto something special. He is responsible for HubSpot’s performance across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and India, and is based in HubSpot’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. Shahid has two decades of experience in the technology sector. Before joining HubSpot, Shahid held leadership positions at Google Cloud, Oracle, and Xerox and has developed a remarkably deep understanding of the APAC market. Shahid is particularly passionate about HubSpot’s culture. The company’s renowned Culture Code was a huge influence in his decision to join the team, and his personal mission as Managing Director in APAC is to make HubSpot the best place to work in the region.

Narissa Limpanathon is an expert in optimizing digital strategy and e-commerce experiences worldwide. She is currently Marketing Director B2B/B2C, Thailand for Zilingo, a fashion commerce platform. Previously, Narissa spent the last 7 years in San Francisco, California before moving back to Bangkok last year. Her background is in SaaS and e-commerce platforms, travel technology, and retail verticals in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Ms. Ines Caldeira was appointed as the new Managing Director for Thailand on September 1, 2018. Ines has almost 17 years of experience with L’Oréal in Europe. She joins L’Oréal Thailand after spending the last 4 years as Country Manager for L’Oréal Portugal where she was the first and youngest female in L’Oréal’s Portugal history. Over the course of her career with L’Oréal, Ines has been given the responsibility for three international assignments, played a development role at headquarters, and directed operations in Spain, one of the toughest and most challenging economies, for 4 years.
